Based on limited published evidence, LINC02210-CRHR1 is a readthrough transcript at the 17q21.31 locus. A genome-wide association study identified rs77804065 in LINC02210-CRHR1 as significantly associated with broadly-defined headache (P=5.87×10⁻¹⁵) 1. Single-nucleus RNA-seq profiling of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex identified LINC02210-CRHR1 as a differentially expressed gene in PTSD compared to controls, with altered expression in excitatory and inhibitory neurons potentially related to glucocorticoid signaling and stress response 2. Specific molecular functions remain undefined.
