GO annotations indicate nuclear localization and roles in protein binding and transcriptional regulation. MAGEB18 is elevated in metastatic urothelial cancer patients compared to healthy controls 1 and is significantly overexpressed in sarcoma tissues 2, suggesting potential involvement in cancer-related processes, though specific mechanistic functions remain understudied.
